In fact, some foot ailments are early signs of deeper medical conditions. Connect with and pay deserved attention to your hard-working feet.

Steps for a Relaxing Foot Massage
Prepare Your Massage Oil
Use a warm oil like the Feet First Pouring Massage Candle.
Get Comfortable
Sit on a chair or bed, take a few deep breaths, and stay fully present. Be aware of the sensations as you massage your feet and ankles.
Massage Your Right Foot
Rub warm oil into the top of the right foot, from the ankle to the toes and heels. Ensure the oil is absorbed; add more if needed.
Explore Different Areas of the Foot
Take your time to massage the heels, ankles, and base of your calves. Focus on pressing at the base of the shin, then drag your thumb toward each toe. Gently twist and pull each toe to “pop the joints,” but avoid this if your toes are arthritic or swollen.
Rotate the Ankle
Lace your fingers between your toes and rotate the ankle in one direction, then the other.
Apply Pressure to the Sole
Unlace your fingers and use your thumb to press along the inner and outer borders of the sole, from the toes to the heel.
Massage the Sole
Make a fist and knead the sole of your foot. Use your thumbs and fingers to press, stroke, rub, squeeze, and lightly tap your feet to increase circulation and relieve soreness.
Repeat on the Left Foot
Follow the same steps on your left foot and ankle.
Tips for Better Sleep
Massage your feet for 5-20 minutes before bed to fall asleep faster and wake up refreshed. Regular foot massages can protect the health of your feet, ankles, and knees. They may also improve balance, help prevent plantar fasciitis, boost energy, and enhance sleep quality. Your feet will thank you!
