How Many Sessions Do I Need?
The number of sessions you will need depends on how well you respond to the treatment and on your personal circumstances. Most people find 6 to 8 sessions effective, depending on the nature of the addiction.
Smoking Cessation and Stopping Vaping are typically addressed in a single, extended session. I recommend listening to my audio recordings daily throughout treatment to reinforce the therapy and get the best results.
