Refunds & Returns
We’re committed to providing you with exceptional service and top-notch wellness products. Take a moment to review our Refund & Returns Policy for both our services and products.
Therapeutic & Wellness Services (Face-to-Face & Online)
We believe in offering personalised care, starting with an Initial Consultation to tailor our services to your needs. However, please note that refunds are not applicable for individual sessions, block bookings, packages or discounted/special offers related to the following services:
- Customised Meditation or Self-Hypnosis Audios
- Tailored Wellness Coaching Programmes
- Therapeutic Products
Rescheduling:
- Individual Sessions: You can easily reschedule with a 48-hour notice. Unfortunately, cancellations within 48 hours will incur the full fee.
- Block Bookings/Offers: You can reschedule within 3 months from your initial booking. This is limited to once in every 6 month period.
Customised Meditations & Self-Hypnosis Audios:
- Your Audio MP3 Resource Link will be delivered promptly, no later than 3 working days of the agreed delivery date.
- Customized or personalised digital items, once ordered, cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Please contact info@interludehypnotherapysheffield.com, specifying your full name and order reference number if you have any issue with your product.
