Stress is a natural response to life’s demands and something most people experience when they feel under too much pressure and are unable to cope. Whilst we cannot control the events that may cause the stress we can control how we react to them.
Stress effects everyone differently, it will commonly manifest in emotional, mental or physical symptoms. You may feel anxious, overwhelmed, become irritated and angry easily and have low self esteem and self worth. Unchecked persistent stress can negatively impact your health.

Hypnotherapy for stress focuses on changing negative thought patterns and responses, replacing them with healthier ways to handle stress.
During a session, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation, where suggestions are made to your subconscious mind. This process helps develop new ways of responding to stress , helping to build coping strategies.
How Many Sessions Do I Need?
Some people will see results after a few sessions, for others it may require more. On average most people will have between 4 and 8 sessions.
I recommend listening to my audio recordings daily throughout treatment to reinforce the therapy and to help get the best results.
