How Many Sessions Will I Need?
For many people, hypnotherapy for phobias requires around 4 sessions to see significant improvement. However, the number of sessions may vary depending on the severity of your phobia. After the initial consultation, I provide each client with an MP3 recording to support the therapy, and I recommend listening to it regularly to strengthen the effects between sessions.
