How Many Sessions Will I Need?
Each person’s journey through grief is unique. Some clients notice improvements after just a few sessions, while others may need more time. Typically, clients benefit from 4 to 8 sessions, depending on the intensity of their grief and how deeply they wish to explore it.
To enhance your treatment, I provide one MP3 recording after the initial consultation for you to listen to between sessions. This recording helps reinforce the healing process and maintain the benefits of hypnotherapy.
